Pazopanib

Mechanism of action:

Pazopanib is a multi-target receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Pazopanib binds to the ATP-binding sites of receptor tyrosine kinases such as VEGFR-1/2/3 and PDGFR-α/β, blocking receptor autophosphorylation and downstream signaling pathways, including PI3K-AKT-mTOR and RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK. As a result, it inhibits tumor angiogenesis and tumor growth.
