Procyclidine

Mechanism of action:
Procyclidine is a centrally acting muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist. Procyclidine can enter the central nervous system and block M1 muscarinic receptors in the striatum, thereby reducing acetylcholine-mediated excitatory neural signaling.
