Regorafenib

Mechanism of action:

Regorafenib is a multiple tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Regorafenib inhibits several receptors involved in vascular endothelial growth signaling, including VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, VEGFR-3, and TIE2. It therefore suppresses vascular endothelial cell proliferation and angiogenesis, reducing tumor blood flow and nutrient supply.
