Sermorelin

Mechanism of action:

Sermorelin is a growth hormone-releasing hormone analog. Sermorelin binds to the growth hormone-releasing hormone receptor on somatotrophic cells in the anterior pituitary. Through Gs protein coupling, it activates adenylyl cyclase, increases cAMP, subsequently activates protein kinase A, and promotes the synthesis and release of growth hormone.
