Solifenacin

Mechanism of action:

Solifenacin is a selective M3 muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist (M3 muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist). Solifenacin blocks M3 receptors on bladder smooth muscle, preventing acetylcholine from acting on these receptors and thereby reducing involuntary bladder contractions.
