Tropicamide
Mechanism of action:
Tropicamide is a muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist. It blocks M3 muscarinic receptors in the smooth muscle of the iris and ciliary body, causing relaxation of the sphincter pupillae and ciliary muscle.
