阿達帕林
Mechanism of action:
Adapalene 能選擇性結合皮膚細胞內的視黃酸受體(retinoic acid receptor,RAR-β 與 RAR-γ),調節基因表達,進而促進角質細胞正常分化、抑制角化過度與粉刺形成。此外,它能抑制發炎反應,可減少痤瘡病灶中的發炎與丘疹生成。由於其化學結構穩定,對光與氧較具耐受性,常作為外用視黃酸類藥物使用。
