Amphotericin B

兩性黴素B

Mechanism of action:

Amphotericin B 是一種多烯類抗黴菌劑（polyene antifungal agent），能優先結合真菌細胞膜上的麥角固醇（ergosterol），形成跨膜孔洞，導致滲透壓失衡、細胞內容物流失與細胞死亡。
