Biperiden

比哌立登

Mechanism of action:

Biperiden屬於毒蕈鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體拮抗劑（muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist）。Biperiden 主要阻斷 M₁ 受體，降低乙醯膽鹼刺激，恢復多巴胺/乙醯膽鹼平衡，使震顫相關的神經迴路興奮性下降。
