布他比妥
Mechanism of action:
Butalbital 是一種巴比妥類（barbiturate）的中樞神經抑制劑。Butalbital 能與 GABA_A 受體複合體的巴比妥類結合位點結合，延長氯離子通道的開放時間，增加 Cl⁻ 內流，使神經元超極化（hyperpolarization），可減緩神經興奮性，有鎮靜、放鬆，並影響與緊張性頭痛相關的中樞神經調節。
