Capreomycin
捲曲黴素
Mechanism of action:
Capreomycin 是一種環肽類抗生素（cyclic peptide antibiotic）。Capreomycin 能與結核桿菌的核糖體 70S 複合體結合（位於 50S 與 30S 交界處），阻止核糖體轉譯時的轉位（translocation）與肽鏈延長（elongation）過程。因為細菌的蛋白質生成受阻，導致細菌無法生長。
