Carboprost tromethamine
卡前列素氨丁三醇
Mechanism of action:
Carboprost tromethamine 是一種前列腺素 F₂α（prostaglandin F₂α，PGF₂α）的類似物。Carboprost tromethamine 能與子宮平滑肌細胞上的前列腺素 F 受體（prostaglandin F receptor）結合，活化磷脂酶 Cβ（phospholipase Cβ）-IP₃-Ca²⁺ 路徑，增加細胞質鈣離子（Ca²⁺）濃度，引起子宮平滑肌強烈收縮。
