Chlorpheniramine

氯苯那敏

Mechanism of action:

Chlorpheniramine 是一種第一代 H₁ 受體拮抗抑制劑（H₁ receptor antagonist），屬於烷基胺類（alkylamine class）。Chlorpheniramine 會與週邊和中樞的 H₁ 受體結合，阻斷組織胺（histamine）與該受體結合，防止其引起典型的過敏反應，例如血管擴張、微血管通透性增加、平滑肌收縮、感覺神經刺激等，chlorpheniramine 會抑制以上反應。
