Daclizumab

達利珠單抗

Mechanism of action:

Daclizumab 是一種單株抗體。Daclizumab 專一性地結合白介素-2 受體 α 鏈（IL-2Rα，又稱 CD25），阻斷 IL-2 與該受體的結合，進而抑制 T 細胞的增殖與活化。
