Flunisolide

氟尼縮鬆

Mechanism of action:

Flunisolide 是一種糖皮質類固醇（inhaled corticosteroid）。藉由呼吸道吸入後，flunisolide 進入細胞，與糖皮質類固醇受體（glucocorticoid receptor）結合，而藥物-受體複合體隨後移入細胞核，提升抗發炎基因（如 annexin A1）的表達；抑制發炎相關轉錄因子（如 NF-κB、AP-1）等。
