Glycopyrrolate

格隆溴銨

Mechanism of action:

Glycopyrrolate 是一種季銨鹽抗毒蕈鹼劑（quaternary ammonium antimuscarinic agent）。Glycopyrrolate 能非選擇性拮抗毒蕈鹼乙醯膽鹼受體（muscarinic acetylcholine receptor）（M₁-M₃ 為主），阻斷乙醯膽鹼與受體的結合，抑制腺體分泌與平滑肌收縮，使唾液腺、支氣管腺體與胃腸分泌減少。
