Imipramine

米帕明

Mechanism of action:

Imipramine 是一種三環抗憂鬱藥（tricyclic antidepressant），屬於二苯並氮䓬類（dibenzazepine）衍生物。Imipramine 能抑制正腎上腺素轉運蛋白（norepinephrine transporter）和血清素轉運蛋白（serotonin transporter）的功能，使突觸間隙的正腎上腺素（norepinephrine）與血清素（5-HT）濃度上升，增強中樞神經傳導，與減少憂鬱情緒有關。
