Lamotrigine

拉莫三嗪

Mechanism of action:

Lamotrigine 的詳細機制尚未清楚,但已知會抑制鈉離子通道(sodium channel)在高頻放電時的活化,減少病理性重複放電。Lamotrigine 透過降低神經末梢的動作電位傳遞,可降低麩胺酸(glutamate)、天門冬胺酸(aspartate)等興奮性神經傳導物質的釋放,從而降低神經網路過度興奮。
