Mecamylamine

美卡拉明

Mechanism of action:

Mecamylamine 是一種神經節阻斷劑(ganglionic blocker),屬於菸鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體拮抗劑(nicotinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist)。Mecamylamine 會阻斷位於自律神經節(交感與副交感) 上的菸鹼型乙醯膽鹼受體(nicotinic acetylcholine receptor),主要為 α3β4,抑制乙醯膽鹼(acetylcholine)在節前與節後神經元之間的訊號傳遞。
