Nedocromil

萘多羅米

Mechanism of action:

Nedocromil 是一種色原酮類（chromone）衍生物。Nedocromil 可抑制肥大細胞（mast cell）的去顆粒作用（degranulation），阻止釋放組織胺（histamine）、白三烯（leukotrienes）、前列腺素（prostaglandin）等發炎介質。
