Omalizumab
奧馬珠單抗
Mechanism of action:
Omalizumab 是一種抗 IgE 抗體的 IgG1 單株抗體（anti-IgE IgG1 monoclonal antibody）。Omalizumab 能專一性結合 IgE 抗體的 Cε3 區域，阻止 IgE 抗體與肥大細胞（mast cell）或嗜鹼性球（basophil）上的 FcεRI 受體結合，抑制誘發過敏反應。
