重組白血球介素-11
Mechanism of action:
Oprelvekin 是一種重組的人類介白素-11(recombinant human interleukin-11)。Oprelvekin 能與巨核細胞前驅細胞(megakaryocyte progenitor)上的 IL-11 受體 α(IL-11Rα)結合,進一步吸引 gp130 輔助受體,形成訊號傳遞複合體,啟動 JAK1/JAK2 訊號路徑,使 STAT3 磷酸化進入細胞核,誘導與造血相關基因的表達,使巨核細胞前驅細胞增殖、分化與成熟,促進血小板產生。
