Oxaliplatin

奧沙利鉑

Mechanism of action:

Oxaliplatin 是一種第三代鉑類化合物(third-generation platinum compound)。Oxaliplatin 進入細胞後草酸(oxalate)基團會脫離,留下具高度反應性的鉑離子中間體。活性鉑會與 DNA 中的鳥糞嘌呤(guanine)N7 位點結合,形成 DNA股內交聯(intrastrand crosslink)和股間交聯(interstrand crosslink),導致 DNA 雙股結構扭曲,進而抑制 DNA 的複製與轉錄,最終引起細胞凋亡。
