Oxaliplatin
奧沙利鉑
Mechanism of action:
Oxaliplatin 是一種第三代鉑類化合物（third-generation platinum compound）。Oxaliplatin 進入細胞後草酸（oxalate）基團會脫離，留下具高度反應性的鉑離子中間體。活性鉑會與 DNA 中的鳥糞嘌呤（guanine）N7 位點結合，形成 DNA股內交聯（intrastrand crosslink）和股間交聯（interstrand crosslink），導致 DNA 雙股結構扭曲，進而抑制 DNA 的複製與轉錄，最終引起細胞凋亡。
