Paclitaxel

紫杉醇

Mechanism of action:

Paclitaxel 是一種紫杉醇類（taxane）衍生物，來源自短葉紅豆杉（Taxus brevifolia）。Paclitaxel 會結合於 β-微管蛋白（β-tubulin），促進微管聚合，但抑制微管去聚合（depolymerization），使微管失去正常的動態不穩定性（dynamic instability）。這會導致 paclitaxel 能讓紡錘體無法正常運作，細胞停滯於 G₂/M 期，最終誘導細胞凋亡。
