Mechanism of action:
Pentoxyverine 是一種非鴉片類鎮咳劑（non-opioid antitussive agent）。Pentoxyverine 的作用機制尚不清楚，但已知會作用於延腦的咳嗽中樞，提高咳嗽反射閾值，降低對刺激的反應。
