Phenylephrine

Mechanism of action:
Phenylephrine 是一種選擇性 α₁-腎上腺素受體促效劑（selective α₁-adrenergic agonist）。Phenylephrine 能活化血管平滑肌上的 α₁ 受體，藉由啟動 Gq 蛋白訊號，增加細胞質鈣離子濃度，促使血管平滑肌收縮，血壓上升；鼻黏膜血管收縮，充血與分泌物減少。
