Mechanism of action:
Phytonadione 是維生素 K₁，屬於萘醌類（naphthoquinone）衍生物。Phytonadione 參與肝臟中 γ-麩氨醯羧化酶（γ-glutamyl carboxylase）的催化反應，將凝血因子上的麩胺酸（glutamate）殘基轉化為 γ-羧基麩胺酸（γ-carboxyglutamate）。經 γ-羧化（γ-carboxylation）後的凝血因子可與鈣離子結合，進而附著於血小板磷脂膜表面，使凝血級聯反應得以順利進行。
