Praziquantel
吡喹酮
Mechanism of action:
Praziquantel 是一種吡𠯤異喹啉類（pyrazinoisoquinoline）衍生物。Praziquantel 會作用於寄生蟲的電壓門控鈣離子通道（voltage-gated Ca²⁺ channels），造成鈣離子大量內流，使寄生蟲肌肉發生持續性收縮，引發痙攣性麻痺（spastic paralysis）。
