Rofecoxib

羅非昔布

Mechanism of action:

Rofecoxib 是一種選擇性 COX-2 抑制劑（selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor）。Rofecoxib 能抑制環氧合酶 2（cyclooxygenase-2，COX-2），阻止花生四烯酸（arachidonic acid）轉化為前列腺素（prostaglandin）與前列環素（prostacyclin），降低發炎、疼痛與發燒反應。
