Salmeterol

沙美特羅

Mechanism of action:

Salmeterol 是一種選擇性 β₂-腎上腺素受體促效劑（selective β₂-adrenergic agonist）。Salmeterol 能結合並活化支氣管平滑肌上的 β₂-腎上腺素受體，啟動 Gs 蛋白，刺激腺苷酸環化酶（adenylyl cyclase）活性，提高 cAMP 濃度，使平滑肌鬆弛，達到支氣管擴張。
