Sevoflurane

七氟烷

Mechanism of action:

Sevoflurane 是一種氟化醚類(fluorinated ether)化合物。Sevoflurane 可正向調節 GABA_A受體功能,增強氯離子通道開啟,使神經元膜電位超極化(hyperpolarization),降低神經元放電機率,產生鎮靜與失去意識的效果。Sevoflurane 可抑制部分 NMDA 受體與其他興奮性麩胺酸(glutamate)受體功能,降低鈣離子內流,減少神經網路的同步化與興奮傳遞。
