Streptokinase

鏈激酶

Mechanism of action:

Streptokinase 是一種血栓溶解劑（thrombolytic agent），屬於非酵素型纖溶酶原活化因子（non-enzymatic plasminogen activator）。Streptokinase 會與血液中的纖溶酶原（plasminogen）結合，形成 streptokinase-纖溶酶原的複合體。該複合體會誘導纖溶酶原轉變成纖溶酶（plasmin），能降解血栓中的纖維蛋白（fibrin）網架、纖維蛋白原（fibrinogen）、凝血因子 V 與 VIII 等。
