Terazosin
特拉唑嗪
Mechanism of action:
Terazosin 是一種 α₁-腎上腺素受體阻斷劑（α₁-adrenergic antagonist），屬於喹唑啉類（quinazoline）衍生物。Terazosin 會拮抗前列腺、膀胱頸平滑肌、週邊血管平滑肌上的 α₁-腎上腺素受體（Gq/11 蛋白偶聯受體），抑制正腎上腺素（norepinephrine）所引發的收縮反應。
