Topiramate

托吡酯

Mechanism of action:

Topiramate 具有多重作用機制。Topiramate 能阻斷神經元的電壓門控鈉離子通道（voltage-gated sodium channel），降低神經元過度放電；可增強 GABA_A 受體的神經抑制性作用，增加氯離子內流，使神經元超極化（hyperpolarization）；也能抑制 AMPA/kainate 型 glutamate 受體，降低鈣離子與鈉離子內流，抑制興奮性突觸傳導。
