Ulipristal acetate

醋酸烏利司他

Mechanism of action:

Ulipristal acetate 是一種選擇性孕酮受體調節劑（selective progesterone receptor modulator），屬於合成類固醇。Ulipristal acetate 可作用於下視丘-腦下垂體-卵巢軸，抑制或延遲黃體成長激素（LH）高峰，而抑制排卵。Ulipristal acetate 會改變子宮內膜對孕酮的反應，導致子宮內膜成熟度下降、降低受精卵著床的適合性。
