Acarbose

醣祿
Mechanism of action:
Acarbose 與小腸絨毛上的 α-glucosidase 做可逆的競爭性抑制。α-glucosidase 原本負責將腸道內的碳水化合物分解為葡萄糖,以便腸道吸收。當 acarbose 與 α-glucosidase 結合後,酵素被暫時抑制,使碳水化合物的分解變慢,進而延遲葡萄糖的吸收。
