Acebutolol

醋丁洛爾

Mechanism of action:

當正腎上腺素（norepinephrine）和腎上腺素（epinephrine）與心臟的 β₁ 受體結合時，能夠增加心率與血壓，而 acebutolol 則是 β₁ 受體的抑制劑，能抑制正腎上腺素與腎上腺素的作用。
