Acenocoumarol

醋硝香豆素

Mechanism of action:

Acenocoumarol 透過抑制肝臟中維生素 K 環氧還原酶（vitamin K epoxide reductase）的活性，阻斷維生素 K 的再生，進而抑制凝血因子 II、VII、IX、X 的合成，降低血液凝固能力。
