Acetaminophen

乙醯胺酚

Mechanism of action:

Acetaminophen 會抑制中樞神經系統內的前列腺素合成途徑，cyclooxygenase（COX） pathways，減少前列腺素生成，緩解輕至中度疼痛與降低發燒，但對於週邊組織的該途徑抑制作用較弱。目前還不清楚 acetaminophen 是針對此途徑中的哪個蛋白質進行抑制。
