Mechanism of action:
Aflibercept 是一種重組融合蛋白，能與多種血管生成相關因子結合，包括 VEGF-A、VEGF-B 以及胎盤生長因子（PlGF），阻止它們與內皮細胞表面的 VEGF 受體（VEGFR-1 與 VEGFR-2）結合，從而抑制新生血管的形成與滲漏。
