阿必魯肽

Mechanism of action:

Albiglutide 模仿類升糖素胜肽-1（GLP-1，glucagon-like peptide-1） 的功能，藉由與胰島 β 細胞上的 GLP-1 受體結合，促進葡萄糖依賴性的胰島素分泌，同時抑制升糖素釋放、延緩胃排空並降低食慾。
