阿崙膦酸鹽
Mechanism of action:
Alendronate 被破骨細胞（osteoclast）吸收後，會抑制法尼基焦磷酸合成酶（farnesyl pyrophosphate synthase，FPPS）的功能，導致破骨細胞受損與凋亡，進而減少骨質分解、增加骨密度。
