Alfuzosin

阿夫唑嗪

Mechanism of action:

Alfuzosin 能阻斷正腎上腺素（norepinephrine）與 α₁ 受體（α₁-adrenergic receptor）的結合，抑制交感神經介導的平滑肌收縮，使前列腺與膀胱出口的張力降低、尿流阻力減少，從而減少排尿困難與尿滯留等下泌尿道症狀。Alfuzosin 對血管 α₁ 受體的作用相對較弱，因此對血壓的影響通常較小，但仍可能引起血壓下降。
