Aliskiren

阿利吉侖

Mechanism of action:

Aliskiren 與腎素（renin）的酵素活性位點結合，阻止其將血管張力素原（angiotensinogen） 轉化為血管張力素 I（angiotensin I）。由於血管張力素 I 的生成減少，後續血管張力素 II（angiotensin II）的形成也隨之下降，達到降低血壓並降低 RAAS 介導的血管收縮與醛固酮分泌訊號的結果。
