Alosetron

阿洛司瓊

Mechanism of action:

Alosetron 是一種選擇性 5-HT₃ 受體拮抗劑。在腸道內，5-HT₃ 受體位於腸神經系統與迷走神經末梢。當此受體被過度活化時，會增加腸蠕動、分泌及內臟痛覺傳導。Alosetron 透過抑制 5-HT₃ 受體，可減少腸道運動與痛覺的過度敏感性。
