胺碘酮
Mechanism of action:
Amiodarone 的作用機制複雜，能與多種離子通道與受體作用，歸類於 Vaughan-Williams 第 III 類。Amiodarone 能抑制鉀、鈉、鈣離子通道、部分 β-受體阻斷作用，綜合這些作用可延長 QT 間期。
