Anakinra
阿那白滯素
Mechanism of action:
Anakinra 是一種重組人類白介素-1 受體拮抗劑。Anakinra 的主要作用是競爭性阻斷白介素-1（IL-1α 與 IL-1β）與細胞表面白介素-1 受體（IL-1 type I receptor，IL-1RI）結合，抑制白介素-1 所引起的發炎反應。
