Anastrozole

阿那曲唑

Mechanism of action:

Anastrozole 是一種非類固醇芳香化酶抑制劑（nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor）。雌激素主要是由週邊組織（如脂肪、肌肉、肝臟）中的芳香化酶（aromatase）將雄烯二酮（androstenedione）與睪酮（testosterone）分別轉化為雌酮（estrone）與雌二醇（estradiol）所生成。Anastrozole 可逆性地抑制芳香化酶的活性位點，阻斷雄激素轉化為雌激素的過程，導致血液與組織中雌激素濃度下降。
