Anastrozole

阿那曲唑

Mechanism of action:

Anastrozole 是一種非類固醇芳香化酶抑制劑(nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor)。雌激素主要是由週邊組織(如脂肪、肌肉、肝臟)中的芳香化酶(aromatase)將雄烯二酮(androstenedione)與睪酮(testosterone)分別轉化為雌酮(estrone)與雌二醇(estradiol)所生成。Anastrozole 可逆性地抑制芳香化酶的活性位點,阻斷雄激素轉化為雌激素的過程,導致血液與組織中雌激素濃度下降。
