Anidulafungin

阿尼芬淨

Mechanism of action:

Anidulafungin 是一種棘白菌素類（echinocandin class）衍生物。Anidulafungin 透過非競爭性抑制真菌細胞壁中的 1,3-β-D-葡聚糖合成酶（1,3-β-D-glucan synthase），阻止 1,3-β-D-葡聚糖的合成。這種葡聚糖是真菌細胞壁的主要成分，因此 anidulafungin 會造成細胞壁變得脆弱、滲透壓失衡，使真菌細胞膨脹並破裂。
