Mechanism of action:

Aprepitant 是一種選擇性神經激肽-1 受體拮抗劑（selective neurokinin-1 receptor antagonist）。透過阻斷中樞與週邊神經系統中的神經激肽-1 受體，導致 P 物質（substance P）無法與該受體結合。
